Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Principle

Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Snuswolf voluntarily grants the following return policy.

Voluntary Return Policy (14 Days)

You may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please announce the return in advance by email to i@snuswolf.ch, stating your order number.

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the return is due to an error by Snuswolf (wrong delivery, product defect).

Exclusions

For reasons of hygiene and product safety, the following are excluded from returns:

• opened cans of snus and nicotine pouches,
• products with damaged seals or removed original packaging.

Defects and Wrong Deliveries

If a product is defective or wrongly delivered, contact us within 7 days of receipt by email at i@snuswolf.ch — we will replace the product or refund the purchase price. In this case we will of course also cover the return shipping costs.

Disposal Note

Used snus and nicotine pouches belong in household waste — do not flush them down the toilet. Keep cans and pouches out of reach of children and pets.
